Have you ever wondered how CAPS manages to act on the big ideas generated by students and instructors? Meet PJ Tuma and Jennifer Bauer. They are the two who make Blue Valley CAPS possible. PJ is the registrar and bookkeeper at BV CAPS and Jennifer is the business development specialist. Both support the day-to-day operations of students, classrooms and instructors. They also have counterparts at many of our CAPS affiliate partners. This episode pulls back the curtain to reveal how and why these administrative support positions are essential to helping CAPS be innovative and fast moving.
