Jennifer Lindsey and Joe Whalen talk about the interdisciplinary approach to food science they created at the Blue Valley CAPS program. Jennifer, the Chief Marketing and Digital Officer at Corbion, is a food scientist with a vision for the future of her industry. Joe is a multi-talented, multi-discipline scientist and CAPS instructor. Together they created an opportunity for students to explore the intersection of science, business, health, economics and government.
